Nottingham Forest should move for Burnley's Joe Hart

Nottingham Forest have already been in contact with Burnley over Tom Heaton, according to reports.

Nottingham Forest should consider moving for Joe Hart, with The Sun recently suggesting that he could be off to Preston North End.

Forest have already been linked with Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton this month in the Daily Mail (page 72, 8th January).

However, Heaton has recently replaced Hart in Burnley’s goal and he has impressed.

 

While that may have come as a blow to Forest, they could still use Heaton’s inclusion to their advantage.

Forest should now make a move for Hart, as he could still improve their goalkeeping options.

Costel Pantilimon has been shaky in net for Forest this season, and Aitor Karanka seems to have his eyes on bringing in a new number one.

Hart may have shown some signs of deterioration in recent seasons, but at his best he was an outstanding stopper.

And Forest should explore the possibility of doing a deal with Burnley for the former England international.
