Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with former Liverpool and Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
The Mirror reported last week of Newcastle’s interest in signing Balotelli from Nice in the January transfer window.
The same publication has since reported that the Magpies made an offer for the Italy international striker, but the 28-year-old is claimed to have made a decision to join Marseille instead.
