Roofe has been on fire for Leeds this season under Marcelo Bielsa.

Turkish outlet CNN Turk have claimed that Leeds United’s bitter rivals Galatasaray want to sign striker Kemar Roofe in the January transfer window, after his excellent start to the 2018-19 campaign.
Roofe, 25, has been in electric form as Marcelo Bielsa continues to place his faith in the striker over the likes of Patrick Bamford and Tyler Roberts. He has scored 13 goals in 20 Championship outings.
But it is not only his goals. Roofe has also chipped in with two assists, and his hard-working style of play helps Leeds adopt the high press tactic that manager Bielsa is synonymous with.
It has seen the ex-West Bromwich Albion star instantly surpass his goal tally from his previous two seasons at Elland Road, with Roofe being used out wide and in the number 10 role since his £3million (BBC) move from Oxford United.
Galatasaray and Leeds have a long-standing rivalry after two Leeds fans, Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight, were killed before the April 2000 clash between the Turkish side and Leeds in the UEFA Cup.

Harry Kewell has since made the move to Gala after playing for Leeds – via a spell at Liverpool where he won the Champions League – and has since been turned into a hate figure by Whites fans.
Gala sit in fifth place in the SuperLig table but only six points behind leaders Baseksehir. They are also in the last 32 of the Europa League, where they go up against Benfica.
