Javier Hernandez appeared to have salvaged his West Ham United career with an impressive run of form in the autumn, but it seems his future at the London Stadium is still up in the air with the January transfer window now open.

The Mexican goal-poacher has started just seven Premier League games this season, with manager Manuel Pellegrini preferring Marko Arnautovic up front.

As a result, Marca claims that La Liga trio Valencia, Real Betis and Sevilla are all interested in signing Hernandez, who had a loan spell at Real Madrid from Manchester United in the 2014/15 season.

The report has even claimed that West Ham would consider letting the striker go should they receive £18 million, which would earn the Hammers a small profit on the fee they paid Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2017.

And it would be little surprise if he was keen for a fresh start elsewhere, given how much time he has spent on the bench of late.
