Everton are allegedly interested in signing the Belgian in January.
The 25-year-old joined Chelsea from Marseille in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth somewhere in the region of £33.2 million, but he has struggled to establish himself in the Premier League.
He has spent loan spells away with Borussia Dortmund and most recently Valencia, but if the Daily Mail are to be believed, he might just be plying his trade back in England soon.
Everton have been decent this season, but they clearly require more of a threat through the middle, and Batshuayi could be just the man for the job at Goodison Park.
The Chelsea-owned ace is quick off the mark, possesses exceptional movement, and would offer Marco Silva a totally different option in attack.
Some Everton fans don't seem to be convinced by the Belgium international, however...
Batshuayi for me, not had the serious injurys wilson has and would probably be easier to sign. Cant see Bournemouth selling there best striker mid season— Phil Langford (@phil_9817) 31 December 2018
Batshuayi would be a great long term option. Obviously not in Chelsea plans. Wilson would be great too but can't see that in Jan unless Bournemouth need the money to strengthen other areas.— MR LEE (@IAM_MR_LEE) 31 December 2018
We should be looking at better than them , come on Marcel do your stuff— lee browne (@browner6) 31 December 2018
I’d stay well Way from michy— James Andrews (@stiflerbaby007) 31 December 2018
We are Everton we should be aiming higher. Pay the wages and get a player like Bale in or dembele— Dignelison (@welshioefc1878) 31 December 2018
Michy all day for me— Mark Williams (@Marco_willo5) 31 December 2018
I like Wilson but maybe a bit too old for what Bournemouth would want for him. Batshuayi i would take though— CRACKBADGER1878 (@shadowthunder61) 31 December 2018
Sign Batshuayi asap.— tony (@tonyf_efc) 31 December 2018
Opinions mate Batshuayi is my choice but i would take either as they both better than Tosun and Niasse.— tony (@tonyf_efc) 31 December 2018
