The Sheffield Wednesday midfielder is back in the team after Luhukay’s exit.

Sam Hutchinson appears to have made his feelings known about the former Sheffield Wednesday manager, Jos Luhukay.

The Owls midfielder, Hutchinson, made his first start for four months against Middlesbrough on Boxing Day.

He was omitted from Luhukay’s plans entirely throughout that time, despite continuous calls for the fans favourite’s return.

And as he left the Riverside Stadium pitch five days after Luhukay departed Sheffield Wednesday by mutual consent, Hutchinson placed two fingers above his top lip in an apparent reference to the Dutchman’s trademark moustache.

The Owls have won both their games in Luhukay’s absence, in which time the goalkeeper Keiren Westwood has also been restored to the side.

The former Aston Villa manager, Steve Bruce, is expected to be named the 55-year-old’s successor at Hillsborough.

Should Hutchinson keep his place when Sheffield Wednesday visit West Bromwich Albion on Saturday?
