The Wolverhampton Wanderers legend, now at Norwich City, returned to the West Midlands city and featured on the club’s podcast.

Matt Jarvis may have left Wolverhampton Wanderers over six years ago but he remains loved by quite a few fans of the club.
The 32-year-old began his association with the Black Country outfit in 2007, swapping Gillingham for Molineux during the summer transfer window.
During his time at the club, Jarvis made 175 appearances, scoring 21 goals and registering 36 assists (Transfermarkt), and helped the club up to the Premier League in 2009.
The forward enjoyed arguably his finest campaign in the Old Gold in 2010-11, when he was named Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year by his club.
Since then, Jarvis enjoyed a stint at West Ham before moving to Norwich City, where he currently plies his trade, but this week he made a return to Molineux to feature on the Old Gold Club podcast, which is available on Wolves’ YouTube channel.
Along with host Mikey Burrows and fellow Wolves ex-player Chris Iwelumo, Jarvis spoke at length about his time at the club, stating he had to “give it absolutely everything” given the opportunity of playing for a Championship club destined for the Premier League.
Following Jarvis’ appearance on the podcast, some Wolves fans took to Twitter to reminisce about his days playing for the club:
