Derby County drew with Nottingham Forest on Monday.
Derby County defender Curtis Davies has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s draw with Nottingham Forest at home.
Frank Lampard’s side played out a goalless draw with East Midlands rivals Forest at the Pride Park Stadium in the Championship on Monday evening.
There were chances for both sides over the course of the 90 minutes, as he two teams battle for promotion to the Premier League.
Davies did not feature in the match as the 33-year-old defender is out with a ruptured Achilles tendon - as reported by BBC Sport - but the former Aston Villa man was at the match supporting his team.
The former West Bromwich Albion defender has admitted his frustration at the final result, but he has underlined the importance of picking up a point from the derby.
Scott Malone featured in the game for Derby, and the 27-year-old - who can operate as a left-back or as a left-sided midfielder - has also given his take on the final result on Twitter.
Good to be back at Pride Park to watch the lads! Frustrating night! Started like a derby match, very scrappy and edgy and the game never really got going after that. On nights like this it’s important not to lose and good to keep a clean sheet! #DCFC #DCFCFans pic.twitter.com/TbU6AekSa2
