Leeds United are thriving under Marcelo Bielsa, and even Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman has been praising the Whites in recent days.

The Whites picked up yet another win on Saturday afternoon, as two Kemar Roofe goals cancelled out Nahki Wells' opener for QPR in a 2-1 win for Bielsa and co.

That result keeps Leeds in second place in the Championship table, just one point behind league leaders Norwich City, but five points clear of third placed Sheffield United.

Leeds are managing to keep their form going under Bielsa even though some have suggested that players will burn out due to the extreme intensity under the Argentinian.

Bielsa and Leeds are receiving praise from all corners, and Leeds-born pundit Don Goodman has even joined in the praise of the Whites after Saturday's result.

Speaking on Sky Sports' EFL Goals on Saturday night (08/12/2018, 8pm), Goodman suggested that Leeds are the 'real deal', praising Bielsa for turning Leeds into genuine automatic promotion contenders whilst using young players.

“I honestly believe this fella has had that much of an impact on all of those players, even the youngsters, we’re regularly watching Leeds United on Sky Sports, bringing teenagers onto the pitch who are excelling in a very pressurised environment,” said Goodman. “Make no mistake - these are the real deal, Leeds United. This season, probably for the first time in many, many years, they are genuine, genuine automatic promotion contenders,” he added.

Leeds fans were left in a state of shock at those comments, with Goodman famed amongst Whites supporters for never praising the club, asking whether he's feeling okay and noting that it's now the twilight zone if even he is praising Leeds for their form.
