The German has impressed over the past month, guiding the Canaries to the top of the table with 10 points out of a possible 12.
In addition, the month's four games have yielded an impressive 12 goals, with just four shipped - and three of these in one game - and two clean sheets.
Farke saw off competition from West Brom’s Darren Moore, Aston Villa’s Dean Smith and Rotherham United’s Paul Warne in claiming the monthly accolade.
His award marks a turnaround from last season's issues, when Norwich finished 14th in the table, and even to earlier in the season, when they lost 3-0 at home against Leeds United.
Following the announcement on Norwich's official website, some fans took to Twitter and voiced their opinions on the coach:

Norwich's December has already got off to a good start with a 3-1 win over Rotherham United last time out.
The Canaries will be hoping to remain top of the table following Saturday's Championship fixture, in which they take on second-from-bottom Bolton Wanderers.
