But the newspaper adds that Bohemians have not yet given up hope of keeping the out-of-contract teenager.
It had previously reported that Reghba was set to join Middlesbrough for a second trial spell, with Leeds weighing up a move of their own.
But he has since linked up with Leicester and it is unclear whether either of the Yorkshire clubs remain keen on the player.
Reghba, who is eligible for Algeria, Germany and the Republic of Ireland, is out of contract at Bohs this winter.
But due to his age, any club hoping to sign him would be required to pay compensation.
Reghba scored twice on his Bohemians debut back in September, but has only appeared once since then.
He was a teammate of former Leicester player Dylan Watts and ex-Leeds pair Ian Morris (pictured above, right, with Reghba) and Eoghan Stokes last season.
Do Leeds and Middlesbrough stand a chance with Leicester supposedly keen?
