With the future of Bosnian wonderkid Ajdin Hasic up in the air, vultures from all across Europe are circling.
According to Jutarnji, Everton are one of many clubs who have been keeping a close eye on the teenage winger while Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all fighting tooth and nail for Hasic’s signature.
Now, the so-called ‘new Paulo Dybala’ has been hitting the headlines in Croatia with the youngster at the heart of a storm at Dinamo Zagreb.
Jutarnji added that Hasic was due to be tied down until 2021 by the Croatian giants but entered a bitter contract dispute that apparently caused 'outrage' within the walls of Dinamo.
And, in new reports provided by O Jogo, it seems that the highly-rated Everton target is now free to find himself a new club. The Portuguese press claim that Hasic is now a free agent having successfully managed to terminate his contract with the Zagreb-based club.
"Dynamo and the Hasic family have agreed to terminate the contract, which is the truth," said Davor Radic, Hasic’s lawyer. He added that "there were no negotiations for a new contract" with Benfica understood to be interested now.
So Everton, if they can fight off competition from some of the biggest clubs around, could sign a brilliant young talent for absolutely nothing.
