Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently in the midst of a worrying run of form.
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo spoke to reporters about his side's start to their Premier League campaign, and offered high words of praise for the club's fans, insisting that they will have an important role to play in helping his players get back on track, as quoted by the club's official website.
The Black Country outfit made a fine start to the season, but the wheels have fallen off over the past month or so.
Wolves now sit in 13th spot in the Premier League table, having taken just one point from their last six league outings, and they are by no means safe from the threat of relegation.
Nuno's men need their home fans more than ever now, as they look to bounce back from their horrendous recent run of results, and the Portuguese took time to praise the Molineux faithful when speaking to reporters, as quoted by the club's official website:
“It’s massive what they’ve been giving to us and they will continue, because everybody knows the impact the noise in Molineux has on the team and it’s been there since last season. For us it’s very important that our fans support the team like they always do, and it is going to be a very large crowd at Molineux for sure and an enjoyable game.”
Wolves welcome Chelsea to Molineux tonight, and they will have to be at their very best, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of beating the west London outfit.
And if Nuno's side get beaten again tonight, alarm bells really will begin to ring.
