According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Tottenham Hotspur are rivalling Barcelona for the signature of Gent playmaker Giorgi Chakvetadze, as are Bournemouth.
Chakvetadze, 19, came through the ranks of Dinamo Tbilisi in his native Georgia, notching five goals in 31 games to earn himself a 2017 move to Belgium with Gent.
Whilst he found the net just once last season, he has been in fine form this term, notching four goals and two assists in 15 league appearances.
With four goals in just seven Georgia caps too, Chakvetadze looks set for a huge future, and clubs are now unsurprisingly vying for his signature ahead of the January transfer window.
A skilful, creative playmaker who can play out wide or up front, Chakvetadze has major potential and a turn of pace, presenting a versatile attacking option for any club.
Spurs may hope that Mauricio Pochettino's record of developing youngsters can help win the battle, but Bournemouth are ambitious and Barcelona simply huge, making this a real battle for his signature.
