Nottingham Forest, along with Norwich City, are being linked with a move for the Queens Park Rangers man, which could affect their West Ham United loanee.

Nottingham Forest will be back with an offer for Angel Rangel in January, but Norwich City and two American clubs are also keen on the Queens Park Rangers right-back, according to the Daily Mirror (November 17th, page 63).
The newspaper reports that Forest, whose options in Rangel’s position include the West Ham United and Porto loanees Sam Byram and Saidy Janko, were keen on the Spaniard before his free transfer move to QPR in August.
And QPR, who it is claimed are keen on a new deal for Rangel, could find themselves in a vulnerable position, with the 36-year-old becoming a free agent at the end of 2018.
Norwich, like Nottingham Forest, are not short of right-back options, with Ivo Pinto and Felix Passlack already struggling for game time.
And Rangel may yet decide that staying at QPR is his best chance of playing regular first team football, although he also has interest from New York City and DC United, according to the Daily Mirror.
Sam back to Hammers?

Byram underwent surgery after suffering an injury in only his third appearance on loan from West Ham, and it is unclear if and when he will return to action for Forest.
Janko, meanwhile, is said to have interest from several other clubs, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham and Aston Villa.

Could Rangel be prised away by Nottingham Forest or Norwich City? What would his signing mean for West Ham’s Sam Byram?
