The Sun reported on Thursday that Harris's recent form has alerted Leeds, Villa and Bolton to the 25-year-old, whose contract expires at the end of this season.
Harris scored in Cardiff's 4-2 win against Fulham last month, and was rewarded with his first Premier League start of the campaign against Brighton last weekend.
But the Sun claims the Bluebirds have yet to open talks about a new contract for the Londoner.
If an agreement is not reached before January, Harris would be free to discuss a pre-contract deal - while Cardiff may be tempted to cash in early if any of Leeds, Aston Villa or Bolton were to firm up their interest with an official approach.
But what do those of a Cardiff persuasion make of the speculation?
This is what they are saying on Twitter...

Hopefully this doesn’t happen, can’t be selling one of our attackers when we have so little upfront anyway! #CCFC #CityAsOne pic.twitter.com/1hJfa5KsUv

And Dominic Booth, who is not a Cardiff fan but covers Neil Warnock's side for Wales Online, gave the following assessment.
I can't see Kadeem Harris moving at this juncture.— Dominic Booth (@DomBooth19) November 15, 2018
Much more likely is a new contract, but he'll perhaps have to show some consistent form over the next few weeks to earn it. #Bluebirds https://t.co/Ckl6o9XjlU
Could Harris leave Cardiff for Leeds United, Aston Villa or Bolton Wanderers?
