Tottenham Hotspur target Luka Jovic is the Bundesliga’s top scorer.

At the end of last month it was reported that Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a move for Luka Jovic, CalcioMercato reported.
Jovic is in prolific form for Eintracht Frankfurt, who sit in fourth place in the Bundesliga table – level with Bayern Munich.
Jovic can’t stop scoring and his prolific form has the potential to price Tottenham out of the race, with Chelsea also interested.
The Serbian forward has nine goals in the Bundesliga this season already, making him the league’s top scorer.
This is more than regular golden boot winner Robert Lewandowski, who has seven goals.

Jovic has a further three goals in cup competitions, bringing his tally to 12.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane has 10 goals this season by comparison.
Jovic is at Frankfurt on loan from Benfica, where he has a contract until 2021.
The centre-forward is only 20 and is making a name for himself as one of Europe’s most promising forwards.
He would be a standout performance for Tottenham, but they might need him to slow down his scoring rate in order for him to remain affordable for the notoriously shrewd North London club.
