Nottingham Forest fans react to Jack Butland display for Stoke

Jack Butland played well for Stoke City against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground in the Championship on Saturday.

Nottingham Forest fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jack Butland for Stoke City.

Butland featured for Stoke in their Championship match against Forest away from home at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper was superb for the Potters and made a number of saves throughout the 90 minutes.

 

The former Birmingham City custodian denied Forest striker Lewis Grabban twice late on.

Forest fans were impressed with the performance of the England international goalkeeper, who has been on the books of Stoke since January 2013 when he joined from Birmingham for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £4 million, and have praised him on Twitter.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon, hosts Forest has 55% of the possession, took 12 shots of which four were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Stoke had 45% of the possession, took eight shots of which two were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.
