Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has spoken highly of West Bromwich Albion ahead of the two sides’ Championship match this weekend.

The West Yorkshire outfit will take on West Brom away from home at The Hawthorns in the Championship on Saturday evening.

Bielsa has said that the Baggies have the best attacking players in the Championship.

Bielsa told Leeds Live about West Brom: “I think the best offensive players of the Championship play in West Bromwich. They might not have the best player in each position.

"But if we take, as a whole, No. 15,10,19 and 16, they are the best offensive players. If we take them as a whole you won’t find another team with players as good as them.”

Lofty praise

West Brom were playing in the Premier League only last season, and manager Darren Moore has a number of quality footballers.

The likes of Kieran Gibbs, Jake Livermore, Gareth Barry and Jay Rodriguez all are Premier League players playing in the Championship.

The Baggies’ recent form has not bene great, with Moore’s team having not won a Championship match since October 6.

Playing at home will give West Brom an advantage, but Leeds are at the top of the Championship table at the moment and will fancy their chances of picking up all three at The Hawthorns on Saturday evening.

Leeds have scored 28 goals in the Championship so far this season, while West Brom have found the net 33 times.
