The Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is said to have the on-loan Manchester City, Preston North End and Stoke City players in his sights.
Bournemouth are being credited with interest in two Preston North End players and another from Stoke City, via the Sun.
The newspaper reports Bournemouth are ‘eyeing a move for Lukas Nmecha’, the Manchester City forward currently on loan to Preston.
And it claims Nmecha’s teammate Callum Robinson has also caught Eddie Howe’s eye, with Stoke’s Joe Allen also in the Cherries boss’s sights as a potential short-term cover in central midfield.
Nmecha is impressing despite having failed to score for Preston this season, with Robinson the team’s standout performer so far – having scored or assisted 11 goals from the wing.
Allen, meanwhile, is playing regularly in a Stoke side struggling to match pre-season expectations, having signed a new four-year contract ahead of the campaign.
Former Championship youngsters Lewis Cook and David Brooks are excelling for Bournemouth this term and, according to the Sun, Howe is now willing to offer Premier League opportunities to Manchester City’s top prospects.
Would the Manchester City, Preston North End and Stoke City players make good additions for Bournemouth?
