A number of Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to suggest that Everton need to look elsewhere amid reports from The Sun over the weekend which suggested that the Toffees want to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Wan-Bissaka is the most exciting prospect currently coming through at Selhurst Park. He made his senior debut earlier this year but now has to be considered one of the first names on Roy Hodgson's teamsheet.

He has arguably been Palace's most impressive performer so far this season. And understandably, he is now attracting plenty of interest ahead of the January transfer window.

The Sun suggested that the Toffees are compiling reports on Wan-Bissaka ahead of a potential future move for the full-back. Palace reportedly have no plans to sell in January, but Everton are considering their options.

In fact, The Sun have reported that Ademola Lookman and Cenk Tosun are being discussed as potential swap options to try and help sweeten any deal.

While some Palace fans are resigned to losing Wan-Bissaka in the future, they do not believe that he will go to Everton as he will have his sights set much higher. They believe that he could join one of the elite clubs further down the line.
