Hull City’s Reece Burke has shared footage of himself being nutmegged by a child on Twitter.

The summer signing from West Ham United was taking part in a small-sided game when one brazen member of the opposing team decided to bring him down a peg – dragging the ball between Burke’s legs and picking out one of his teammates.

The shocked Hull player was left standing with his head in his hands, amid cheers from onlooking parents, as he came to terms with what had just happened.

Hull are reported to have paid around £1.5 million to prise Burke away from West Ham, where he had risen through the academy ranks, in the summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old has played in all but three of Hull’s 15 Championship fixtures since then, but has been unable to lift his new employers out of the bottom three.
