Leeds travel to Wigan for Sunday afternoon’s Championship clash.

Marcelo Bielsa has another injury concern to consider when picking his Leeds United side to face Wigan Athletic on Sunday afternoon in the Whites’ latest Championship encounter.

Luke Ayling was ruled out for two months after picking up a knee injury against Nottingham Forest last Saturday, being replaced in the 25th minute.

Stuart Dallas was used as a makeshift right-back at Elland Road in a role that he played in before at Leeds, and he is likely to start on the right side of defence against the Latics.

He started at left-back on Saturday with Barry Douglas injured, but the former Wolves ace is set to return to action this weekend after completing 60 minutes with the Under-23 side on Monday, as Leeds beat Hull City 1-0.

So Douglas comes back in to his favoured left-back role and 34-time Northern Ireland man Dallas switches to the right side of defence, while Liam Cooper and Pontus Jansson remain at centre-back.

Bielsa is also likely to keep Adam Forshaw in the starting line-up over Samu Saiz, with former Middlesbrough man Forshaw impressing against Forest. One change in attack is likely to occur though, with Jack Clarke being given his first start.

Another energetic substitute appearance from the 17-year-old helped Leeds in their search for an equaliser against Forest, which finally came through Kemar Roofe. He could make his first start, over Gjanni Alioski.

Two changes then, with Douglas and Clarke replacing Ayling and Alioski.
