Bouy was loaned out by Leeds in the summer after failing to make a single appearance for the Whites.
Ouasim Bouy has finally made his first start for loan side PEC Zwolle on Tuesday night in a 5-2 Dutch Cup win over De Graafschap away from home – and the Leeds flop posted on Instagram after the match.
Bouy, 25, joined Leeds in the summer of 2017 after his contract at Italian champions Juventus had expired. But he has since failed to make a single appearance for the Whites.
He was immediately loaned to Spanish side Cultural Leonesa where he managed just four appearances before returning to Elland Road in January of this year. He remained on the sidelines at Elland Road until the summer.
Joining Zwolle on loan until the end of the season, Bouy has only been used four times and finally made his first start for the club on Tuesday night, helping his side progress into the next round of the KNVB Beker.
A holding midfielder, Buoy boasts plenty of big clubs on his CV including Juventus, Hamburger SV, Ajax and Palermo, but has failed to find a home during his journeyman career.
He has a contract until the summer of 2021 at Leeds, but after making only his first start two months into his loan, it is unlikely the Dutch-born star has much of a future in Yorkshire.
