Lewis Morgan made his first start for Celtic against RB Leipzig on Thursday.

The Europa League group stage trip to a side who have invested heavily in recent seasons, was perhaps not the easiest of occasions on which to do so.

Quickfire goals from Matheus Cunha and Bruma gave Leipzig a 2-0 lead at the break, one which they scarcely looked like surrendering.

The result leaves Celtic third in Group B at the half-way stage - three point adrift of the Germans and six behind leaders RB Salzburg.
