West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic is often compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic – and whilst some may dream of them playing together for the Hammers, it doesn't seem likely.

Ibrahimovic is currently over in the United States playing for Los Angeles Galaxy, where he has hit 22 goals in 26 games to continue his remarkable goalscoring record over the course of his career.

The Swede, now 37, has been nothing short of a goal machine over his career, which started in his hometown of Malmo before heading to the Netherlands, where he made his name with Ajax.

Spells with Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona and AC Milan followed as he played for some of the world's biggest clubs, and spent his later years with Paris Saint-Germain and then Manchester United.

In his one full Premier League season, Ibrahimovic scored 17 times in 28 games even well into his 30's, and he decided to head over to Major League Soccer earlier this year.

Whilst he seems to be coming to the end of his career, another move wouldn't be a huge surprise for a character like Ibrahimovic, and it seems that one West Ham fan has been asking him to make the move to East London.

James Corden is a famous West Ham supporter, and having welcomed Ibrahimovic as a guest on the James Corden Show in America last night, Ibrahimovic took to Twitter to post a video of the pair – revealing that Corden had been asking him to join West Ham, but he doesn't think the Hammers can afford to sign him.

“I’m here with my buddy James,” said Zlatan. “He wants me to come to West Ham, but I’m saying they cannot afford me,” he added.
