Steven Gerrard’s side will head into the match against Hearts at Ibrox on the back of a 3-1 victory over Rapid Vienna at home in the Europa League.
Rangers are seventh in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 11 points from seven matches, as many as eight points behind leaders Hearts.
The Gers have to pick up all three points against Hearts if they are to maintain their challenge for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
This is how Rangers will line up against Hearts at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon:
Rangers signed 31-year-old Northern Ireland international forward Lafferty from Scottish Premiership rivals Hearts in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Glasgow Evening Times to be worth £500,000.
Levein jokingly told The Daily Record about Lafferty: "When I watch him now, he runs about like mad. He only ever did that for us against Celtic!"
