Watford’s Ben Foster sends message to West Bromwich Albion

Ben Foster left West Bromwich Albion for Watford in the summer transfer window.

Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to his former club West Bromwich Albion.

Foster is delighted to see his former club West Brom go to the top of the Championship table with a 3-2 victory over Preston North End away from home on Saturday afternoon.

Darren Moore’s side are now in pole position in the league table with 20 points from 10 matches, a point clear of second-placed Leeds United.

 

West Brom got relegated from the Premier League to the Championship at the end of last season.

Foster, who left the Baggies for Premier League club Watford in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £4 million, is pleased to see West Brom doing well in the Premier League.

As for Watford, the Hornets suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
