Match of the Day host Gary Lineker hailed rookie manager Frank Lampard after his Derby County side knocked Manchester United out of the Carabao Cup.
Jose Mourinho picked a strong United side, including big money striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Red Devils took an early lead through Juan Mata but could not build on it.
A fantastic second half free-kick from Harry Wilson brought the scores level, before Jack Marriott gave Derby a lead and Marouane Fellaini forced penalties.
Derby won 8-7 on penalties with Phil Jones the fall guy for United.
Amid the post-match focus on United's problems, Gary Lineker hailed Derby's achievement.
A managerial star is born. Congratulations to @dcfcofficial and well played Frank Lampard and his team.— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) September 25, 2018
Derby were hammered by Leeds 4-1 in their opening home game of the season, but Rams boss Lampard has rallied impressively since.
The Rams are in sixth place, just two points off the top of the Championship, and this victory will breathe further life into their promotion hopes.
