Tottenham Hotspur take on Inter Milan at the San Siro this evening.

Tottenham Hotspur starting line-up: Vorm; Aurier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies; Dier, Dembele; Eriksen, Lamela, Son, Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Gazzaniga, Rose, Walker-Peters, Wanyama, Winks, Moura, Llorente.

Tottenham Hotspur are back in action against this evening as they take on Inter Milan in their first Champions League group game of the season.

Spurs lost 2-1 at home to Liverpool on Saturday afternoon, turning in a torrid performance to make it two defeats in a row and a miserable return from the international break.

It's now imperative that Spurs hit back against Inter tonight and get their Champions League campaign off to a perfect start, with Pochettino making a number of changes to his side.

Michel Vorm starts in goal with Hugo Lloris still out, whilst Kieran Trippier and Toby Alderweireld have been left at home, meaning Serge Aurier and Davinson Sanchez come into defence alongside Jan Vertonghen and the returning Ben Davies.

Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele feature in midfield despite disappointing against Liverpool, whilst Christian Eriksen also keeps his place in attacking midfield this evening.

Erik Lamela and Son Heung-min - substitutes against Liverpool - come into the side to support Harry Kane, with the Spurs striker still not being given a rest despite looking exhausted.

Danny Rose, Harry Winks and Lucas Moura drop to the bench, alongside Paulo Gazzaniga, Kyle Walker-Peters, Victor Wanyama and Fernando Llorente.
