Richarlison joined Everton from Watford in the summer, and the Brazilian has hit the ground running at Goodison Park.
Richarlison has already struck three goals for Everton, and his brilliant form earned him a call up to the Brazil national team.
The youngster marked his full debut with a brace against El Salvador, and Keane only had praise for his new teammate.
“We are really happy for him, it was a massive moment for him to make his debut and then score two goals," the £25 million defender (Daily Mail) said. "He is a class player, you could see that from his first day on the training ground.
“He is two footed and direct and works really hard for the team. He has a bit of everything.
“From what the lads [who directly face Richarlison in training] say, he is tough, because he is strong on the ball as well. He is not someone you can easily brush off it. He has the tricks and is fast.
"He has everything, so he can be as good as he wants to be.”
Richarlison is actually unavailable for Everton’s next match against West Ham United, and that is a blow to Marco Silva's side.
Richarlison received a red card in Everton’s match with Bournemouth, which has seen him banned for three matches.
In the powerful forward’s absence, Everton will still be hoping to pick up the three points against Watford.
Everton are still unbeaten this season, after making a bright start under Silva’s guidance.
