Moura starred against Man United on Monday for Spurs.
The 26-year-old speed machine single-handedly put Manchester United to the sword on Monday night with a superb brace, after Harry Kane had put Spurs 1-0 to the good with an excellent header.
Moura then grabbed Spurs second with a fantastic first-touch finish after Christian Eriksen had worked hard to get to the byline and pull the ball back for the Brazilian. But his second goal was all down to the winger's blistering pace.
He took on Chris Smalling and left the defender for dead, before exploding the ball past David De Gea. Keown was amazed by Moura's performance, and praised for Spurs' nurturing of the attacker, describing him as a new signing.
"I love the way Tottenham have nurtured him and settled him in since he arrived in January," Keown said. "He is a like a new signing — but someone who has already bedded in and completely understands what the manager wants to do.
"His pace makes it so difficult for central defenders and he was excellent support for Harry Kane at Old Trafford."
Moura has clocked up 14 appearances for Spurs but looks completely refreshed after pre-season, twice the player that struggled to break into Pochettino's side last season.
He has three goals in three Premier League matches and he will be keen to add to that on Sunday when Spurs travel to Hertfordshire to face Watford at Vicarage Road.
