Norwich City are reportedly looking to raid the 2.Bundesliga once again, with Kingsley Schindler linked with a move to Carrow Road.

Norwich City have made a habit of raiding the German second division of late.

In 2017/18, Marcel Franke, Onel Hernandez, Marco Stiepemann, Dennis Srbeny, Mario Vranjic and Christoph Zimmermann all arrived at Carrow Road.

And it seems that Norwich are once again hoping to do a bit of business in the 2.Bundesliga before the transfer window shuts on Friday.

According to the Pink Un, the Canaries are hoping to sign Holstein Kiel winger Kingsley Schindler, who was one of the best players outside the top decision in Germany last season.

The 25-year-old former Hoffenheim reserve scored 12 goals in 31 starts for Kiel in the second division, although his team missed out on a place in the Bundesliga as they were beaten 4-1 on aggregate by VFL Wolfsburg in the promotion/relegation play-off in May.

The Pink Un adds that Norwich have been keen on Schindler all summer, but it is far from guaranteed that a deal will happen this week.

Norwich need to reduce the size of their squad before they bring in new signings, while Holstein Kiel want to keep their star man. They have already lost top-scorer Marvin Ducksch this summer.
