Leicester City defender Ricardo Pereira is showing he is value for money.

Leicester City added defender Ricardo Pereira to their squad this summer, which is already looking like an inspired bit of business by manager Claude Puel.
The Foxes splashed out £22million (Leicester Mercury) to sign him from Porto in the summer and he has looked impressive in the opening two games of the Premier League season.
He is a right-back by trade that was one of the top performers in a 2-0 win over Wolves last weekend, while he was also deployed further forward to good effect on the opening day against Manchester United.
Pereira is an attack-minded defender with great pace and has shown he is difficult to get the better of in one-on-one positions.
The Portugal international also has an excellent attacking drive and has an assist under his belt already, which should be the first of many.
He is proving to be a significant upgrade on Danny Simpson after replacing him in the starting XI.

Simpson was of course part of Leicester’s famous title-winning team and a popular figure at the King Power Stadium, but the 31-year-old was a weak link in the side that Puel needed to fix.
Pereira, 24, is only set to go from strength to strength in a Leicester shirt and looks perfectly moulded to be a success in the Premier League.
