It is six years since Kyle Lafferty left Rangers and there is strong speculation he could be making a return to Ibrox.
The Northern Ireland forward is subject of a fresh bid from Rangers, report The Star, with 10 days remaining before the transfer deadline.
Rangers fans are getting impatient with the drawn out transfer, which has been reported to be close on more than one occasion.
The Daily Record reported on August 15, six days ago, that talks with Hearts were progressing and a deal would be agreed 'within 48 hours'.
This supposed timeframe passed four days ago, and Rangers are seemingly still at the same stage.
Lafferty would be an excellent addition to the Rangers squad, and even showed his credentials by netting a winner for Hearts against Celtic earlier this month.
Rangers face Celtic in a fortnight, two days after the transfer deadline passes, and Gers fans are anxiously awaiting a resolution.
Fans on Twitter have been expressing their desire for Rangers to get the deal over the line...
