Wolverhampton Wanderers were heavily active during the summer transfer window.

Wolves striker Raul Jimenez spoke exclusively to the Express & Star, and offered high words of praise for the quality of the squad currently present at Molineux.
The 27-year-old joined Wolves on a season-long loan from Benfica, and the Black Country outfit have an option to buy the Mexican at the end of the season.
Jimenez began his career at Molineux in fine fashion, scoring his side’s equaliser against Everton on Saturday, and that will do him the world of good as he begins life in England.
The Mexico international spoke exclusively to the Express & Star, and admitted that he has been impressed with the quality that Nuno Espirito Santo has brought into the club this summer:

“We all see each other in the dressing room and we know that we have a lot of quality and it is just keep working and let’s show that we are a good team. I think we will keep working and looking forward to better results in the league.”
Many are backing Wolves to take the Premier League by storm this season, following a summer of quite excellent recruitment from Nuno.
They will certainly not have things all their own way, however, and they will need all of their new signings to be at their very best, if they are to enjoy a successful campaign in the top flight this season.
