Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the departure of Danny Ings to Southampton.
Ings has left Liverpool for Premier League rivals Southampton on a season-long loan deal in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old switched to Liverpool in the summer of 2015 and was expected to be a success at Anfield.
Ings, though, suffered with injury problems during his spell at Liverpool and could make only a handful of appearances for the Merseyside outfit's first team.
The England international forward will be aiming to make an impact at Southampton this season, now that he is fully fit.

Not often you see a striker leave having only scored 4 goals in 3 years and not have bad word said about them. But I really don't think you'll find a Liverpool fan with a bad word to say about Danny Ings. Absolute top bloke and really do wish him all the best at Southampton #YNWA— Matt (@ynwamatt) August 10, 2018
