Everton manager Marco Silva says that Ademola Lookman will stay at the club.
Everton manager Marco Silva has told the club’s official Twitter page that Ademola Lookman will not leave in the summer transfer window.
According to The Mirror, RB Leipzig are interested in signing Lookman from Everton this summer.
The report has also claimed that the Toffees have placed a £30 million price-tag on the 20-year-old winger.
The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 13:16pm, Tuesday, June 5, 2018) reported of Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton’s interest in the former Charlton Athletic winger (click here to read more).
With the summer transfer window now closed for Premier League clubs, German side Leipzig can still make a move for the England Under-21 international, who earns £23,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
Everton manager Silva has said that Lookman - who joined the Toffees from Charlton in January 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £11 million - will stay at Goodison Park this season.
| MS: "Of course, @Alookman_ is in my plans. He's an important player for our squad. I know the speculation but I've analysed his quality and now is our moment to develop him. He is our present and our future."

Good decision?
Lookman is a very good and promising young winger, and it would make sense for Everton to keep hold of the Englishman for the 2018-19 campaign.
While it would be hard for the youngster to establish himself in the Everton starting lineup, the winger could prove to be an asset for the Merseyside outfit.
