Sunderland boss Jack Ross has taken Kasper Przybyłko on trial at the Stadium of Light.
Kacper Przybyłko has confirmed on his Instagram that he wants to move to Sunderland.
The Polish striker is currently on trial at the Stadium of Light, as Jack Ross runs the rule over the target-man.
Sunderland could well be in the market for another forward, despite strengthening heavily in the position this summer.
Sunderland have brought in Jerome Sinclair, Chris Maguire and Charlie Wyke, but there is a feeling that another striker could help to bolster their options.
Przybyłko is a relative unknown in English football, having never played outside of Germany before.
The 25-year-old has played for Arminia Bielefelds, FC Koln and, most recently, Kaiserslautern.
Sunderland won their first game of the season 2-1 against Charlton last weekend, to get their campaign off to a good start.
