Stoke City fans have blasted midfielder Badou Ndiaye amid links to Everton.

Stoke City’s Championship campaign didn’t get off to the best of starts on Sunday as they were beaten 3-1 by Leeds United at Elland Road.

The Potters entered the season as title favourites having kept the majority of their Premier League squad together, whilst they added a new manager in Gary Rowett as well as signings such as Tom Ince, James McClean, Oneghekaro Etebo and Benik Afobe.

Stoke’s season started with a trip to Elland Road, but they were second best throughout as they lost 3-1 to Marcelo Bielsa’s impressive Leeds United side.

Samu Saiz’s neat approach play allowed Mateusz Klich to open the scoring, before goalkeeper Jack Butland fumbled Pablo Hernandez’s strike into the corner of the net.

Afobe did pull one back from the spot, but Leeds restored their two-goal advantage as Liam Cooper headed home a corner from Barry Douglas to give Leeds the victory they deserved.

It was a fairly dreadful showing by Stoke, and midfielder Badou Ndiaye certainly didn’t impress, with the Senegal international substituted after 63 minutes in favour of Bojan.

The 27-year-old only arrived in January, but is already being linked with an exit, as the Daily Mail report that he held talks with Everton on Monday as part of the move which saw Ashley Williams join Stoke on Friday.

Just 24 hours earlier though, Ndiaye was struggling for Stoke, and Potters fans took to Twitter in order to claim that the midfielder doesn’t want to play for the club anymore, and hope that he is sold this week, blasting his ‘horrendous attitude’ as he potentially heads back to the top flight.
