The left-back is two years younger than older brother Romelu and has been linked with Everton.
According to Cittaleste, Everton have a had an £8million bid for the left-back turned down by Lazio, who are willing to let him go but not for that price.
The 23-year-old joined Lazio from Belgian side KV Oostende in July 2016 and has since made 64 appearances for the Serie A side to date.
Everton are in need of a replacement for 33-year-old left-back Leighton Baines, who made just 22 Premier League appearances for the club last year and struggled with a calf injury.
Lukaku is a different style of defender to Baines, relying more on his pace, power, and energy than the Englishman but, similarly to the Everton number 3, Lukaku offers just as much going forward as he does defensively.
Some Everton fans do not seem impressed by the potential new addition to the squad, with a few of them seemingly still holding a grudge against Romelu Lukaku, who left for Manchester United last summer.

No thanks. If hes like his brother he'll be moaning to newspapers on int'l breaks that he needs a bigger club etc... that's if hes good enough to be in a national squad.— Paul Bell (@Belly1878EFC) July 24, 2018

Rather not have another Lukaku at the club! Can’t be arsed with him spouting how much hates the club when on international duty!— Blue Steve (@Asablueboy2) July 24, 2018
