Diouf is being watched by Spurs talent spotters in Finland.

Diouf, 18, is with the France Under-19 squad as they compete in the Under-19 European Championships this summer, who suffered a defeat in their opening Group B match to Ukraine.
They face Turkey on Friday evening, before going up against England's Under-19 side on Monday, with the Three Lions currently top of the group following their 3-2 win over Turkey.
Indeed, Spurs talent spotters will have seen Diouf concede two goals as the French lost 2-1 to Ukraine, the winner coming in the 86th minute. If scouts are impressed, a move seems pretty straight forward.

Diouf only has one more season on his current contract with Troyes, and is yet to make a first-team appearance for the second-tier French outfit. That could see Spurs land the stopper, with the Ligue 2 side likely to want to receive a fee.
Spurs have exercised the option to extend Michel Vorm's contract while Paulo Gazzaniga is also in competition as back-up to Hugo Lloris, but the addition of Diouf could be Lloris' long-term successor.
