Reuters reports that the wealth management arm of Bank of New York Mellon said on Thursday it named Olivier Khalil as senior wealth director in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In the meantime, the news agency also reports that Lazard has hired investment banking veteran Christopher Lawrence as deputy chairman of global financial advisory, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Finally, Bloomberg News reports that UBS has hired Susan Elolampi from JPMorgan to work with private equity firms and lead investment banking for family offices in the Americas.

Elolampi is joining as a managing director based in New York, according to a memo sent to staff Thursday from Max Justicz, UBS’s head of financial sponsors in the Americas, who added that “family office clients represent an important growth area” for the bank.
