West Ham United are reportedly interested in the Brazilian.

O Jogo reported West Ham United's interest in Bernard on Friday.

The Portuguese news outlet claimed that West Ham had offered the 25-year-old Brazilian - available on a Bosman after leaving Shakhtar Donetsk - around £62,000 per week to join the East Londoners.

And it looks like the story might actually have some mileage.

A photo of the London Stadium, taken by Bernard's agent Adriano Spadoto, is doing the rounds on Twitter, strengthening the link between the Irons and the player himself.

It remains to be seen whether Spadoto is in London to negotiate Bernard's would-be transfer or not.

There have been suggestions on social media that he is actually involved in Felipe Anderson's prospective deal to join the Irons, with the Brazilian undergoing a medical with West Ham on Friday, according to The Evening Standard.

However, Spadoto does not represent the Lazio attacker, so time will tell how accurate that claim is.
