Do Leeds stand a chance of signing Erling Haaland?

Several Leeds United fans have been calling for the club to sign Norwegian sensation Erling Haaland.

If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Haaland is the teenage son of ex-Leeds star Alf Inge Haaland.

Erling is 17-years-old and already playing first team football for Molde.

Yesterday he produced a stunning performance, scoring all four goals as Molde beat league leaders Brann 4-0, NRK reported.

Haaland is a terrific talent and has nine goals in just six games for Norway’s under-19 team.

Nemzeti Sport report Manchester United had scouts at the game, but a deal would be complicated for them due to how his father hated former Red Devils skipper Roy Keane.

Erling Haaland is actually a Leeds fan.

He told the Romsdals Budstikke in 2017:”I want to be the best possible. The dream is to win the Premier League with Leeds. In addition, the goal is to become a better player than my dad was. I hope to get more caps than he did.”

Leeds supporters have been keeping an eye on his progress, and some have been messaging Andrea Radrizzani after his four-goal display, urging the Whites owner to pursue a deal.
