Despite being strongly linked with Millwall, Wolves winger Ben Marshall is reportedly set to join Norwich.
This is despite the fact that Marshall had been strongly linked with Millwall and the Lions made a £1.5m offer for the 27-year-old.
The winger – who can also play as a full-back – spent the latter half of last season on loan at the Den, playing 16 times in the Championship for the South London club.
Marshall scored three goals and provided five assists during that time, which is why manager Neil Harris was so keen to land the Wolves man on a permanent basis.
Yet in a coup for Norwich, they have won the race for the Englishman’s signature and will make him their third new signing of the summer alongside Emi Buendia and Moritz Leitner.
Marshall only arrived at Molineux from Blackburn Rovers in January 2017 and managed 25 appearances for the West Midlands clubs during that time.
