Barcelona are reportedly intent on bringing the Tottenham Hotspur star to Spain.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Don Balon, Barcelona are lining up a €90 million (£79 million) offer for Tottenham star Christian Eriksen this summer.
The Dane has firmly established himself as one of the continent’s best attacking midfielders since making his £12.5 million switch from Ajax to Spurs in the summer of 2013, racking up an impressive 56 goals and 69 assists in 226 appearances in all competitions for the Lilywhites.
Alongside Harry Kane, Eriksen surely has to be considered as one of Tottenham’s most important players, and without him, they are a much weaker side.

Don Balon claim that La Liga giants Barcelona will test Spurs’ resolve this summer, however, by offering £79 million for the talented 26-year-old.
Should Tottenham sell Eriksen?
The simple answer to that question is a firm no, especially for the reported fee of £79 million.

In today’s ludicrously inflated transfer market, it could be argued that the Denmark international is worth in excess of £100 million, and Spurs should not contemplate selling him for anything less than that.
This summer will be a vitally important one for Tottenham, and keeping hold of Eriksen will be an absolute must, if they are to go on and achieve great things this season.
