The Daily Mail have reported that Everton's Head of Performance Ryland Morgans has departed the club as Marco Silva and Marcel Brands continue their shake-up at Goodison Park - and fans have waved goodbye on Twitter.
The Welshman was appointed by Sam Allardyce following the ex-England boss' appointment at Goodison Park, despite previously working with bitter Merseyside rivals Liverpool.
Highly-rated Morgans was expected to remain on the staff at Everton following the appointments of Silva and Brands, but only Duncan Ferguson remains at the club from Allardyce's staff.
The latest decision to axe former Crystal Palace and Wales coach Morgans is just another example of a backroom shake-up, which has seen Grant Ingles joins as finance director and Richard Battle is promoted to head of football strategy.
Everton fans have reacted to the report that Morgans has left the club, which has lasted just seven months since joining the club in November. But fans are glad to see the back of Morgans, who has also worked with Swansea and Fulham.
One fan posted: "Brilliant news, he was useless", while others thanked him for his time at the club.
