Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are both edging closer to making signings, for very different amounts.

The Reds' move for France international Nabil Fekir is nearly done, with BBC Sport reporting a £53 million fee has been agreed with Lyon.

Another attacking midfielder could also be heading to the Premier League, with Tottenham looking to swoop for Championship ace Jack Grealish.

Tottenham are happy enough developing talents, and have a track record of doing so, but this summer fans want to see bigger ambition.

Tottenham fans cannot help but agree, questioning their club's strategy and ambition.

They finished above Liverpool last season but the Reds have displayed real ambition this summer, already adding Naby Keita, Fabinho, and now Nabil Fekir to their midfield.

Spurs are yet to sign any players, and Grealish is not going to have an immediate game changing impact.
