The report claims Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign the Nice midfielder, but adds that West Ham have also made contact.
Seri is said to have a release clause of £35 million, which the Hammers will have to match if they are to prise the Ivorian away from the Allianz Riviera.

Seri scored or made seven goals in 31 Ligue 1 games last season, and is not expected to remain at Lille beyond this summer’s transfer window.
